I've been training for 4/5 years, will this benefit me?

Yes. This is not specific to just a certain training age group. I'll always show you how to apply this no matter how long you have been training for.

I don't have access to a gym, will this matter?

Ideally you have access to a gym with most equipment but there will always be alternatives to what I recommend doing.

What happens if I stop during thee 14 Days?

Fine by me but I so highly recommend you finish the 14 days so that you're making the most out of everything.
